John Graziano – Director of Operations

John Graziano is a window/glazing consultant and strategist who partners with Installation Specialists, Manufacturers, and Product Suppliers to grow their professional brands and services.  John exclusively spent the last 28 years in the window industry, working on multi-million-dollar homes, commercial buildings, and famous landmark structures across the most important areas in the United States.

“The Devil is in the details!” and Johns long term experience continues to expose the finer details that could often lead to delays, mistakes, and costly time lost.  To accomplish success often requires thinking outside the box; seeing the problems before they show up on everyone else’s radar. Having owned a manufacturing plant, built a comprehensive product line, tested his, and other window systems, and being a façade consultant to sureties and manufacturers, Johns experience is multi-faceted.  Project Management tends to trust in John’s expertise to provide solutions, get projects done on time, within budget, and right the first time.  As a supplier, and installer, of projects such as the US Capital Building, US Treasury Building, The Dillon at 405 West 53rd St – NYC, high-profile celebrity homes for Ellen Pompeo, Christie Brinkley, Alec Baldwin, and many other important persons, John satisfies the most discerning of clients.

John is an invaluable member of any team he is part of, his leadership and knowledge are second to none! He builds confidence in, appreciation for his presence to his clients, and the team that engages them.

 

Bryan Lynskey – V.P. Business Development

Bryan has over twenty five (25) years of experience in the finance industry – mainly in the foreign exchange industry.

 Firms he has worked for are HSBC, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, Bank of America and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.  Bryan advised clients on trading strategies, investments which best fit their needs, and proactively managed risk in every business, product and service transaction. The clients he worked with in his roles at these organizations included Hedge funds, U.S. Corporate clients and U.S. Real Money accounts.

Currently his role is focused on developing strategies to build the business.  Meet with owner/ developers, owners representatives, construction managers and subcontractors to plan and develop current and future projects. Onsite daily and weekly meetings with project managers, foremen and labor force to determine best means and methods. Work alongside office manager to ensure proper scheduling of workforce as well as proper submittal of all requisitions and purchase orders.
