Timothy Lynskey – Executive VP of Business Development
will serve as the executive vice president of FSNY. with over twenty five (25) years of commercial and hi‐rise residential construction and development in New York City and Tri State area experience as well as across multiple commercial & industrial environments. Timothy is highly focused with a comprehensive knowledge of developing, engineering, constructing and maintaining construction projects to required specifications, with a focus on safety, economy, reliability, quality and sustainability. He is proficient in the range of skills needed to meet the complex challenges of the construction industry. Mr. Lynskey has a consistent track record of successfully completing projects from the concept and detail of the design through implementation, testing and handover to ownership. Timothy W. Lynskey formed and opened Dunway Services Corp. in 2007 and was instrumental in forming Solutions New York LLC where he serves as executive vice president of business development. Solutions New York is an all-inclusive construction solutions firm offering façade solutions, traditional and modular general contracting and safety services.
Bryan Lynskey – V.P. Business Development
Bryan has over twenty five (25) years of experience in the finance industry – mainly in the foreign exchange industry.
Firms he has worked for are HSBC, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, Bank of America and Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Bryan advised clients on trading strategies, investments which best fit their needs, and proactively managed risk in every business, product and service transaction. The clients he worked with in his roles at these organizations included Hedge funds, U.S. Corporate clients and U.S. Real Money accounts.
Currently his role is focused on developing strategies to build the business. Meet with owner/ developers, owners representatives, construction managers and subcontractors to plan and develop current and future projects. Onsite daily and weekly meetings with project managers, foremen and labor force to determine best means and methods. Work alongside office manager to ensure proper scheduling of workforce as well as proper submittal of all requisitions and purchase orders.
Joseph Altimari – Director of Field Operations
Joseph Altimari is the director of field operations for facade solutions New York . Joseph has over 13 years experience constructing facades in and around the greater New York city area. He began his ascent in the business with NYC local 580, working with the city’s most elite and efficient contractors to assist them in erecting, planning, and strategizing some of new York’s most difficult facades. Projects include 8 Spruce street a 76 story frank Gehry designed skyscraper, The Edge a 40 story mixed use condominium on Brooklyn’s waterfront in Williamsburg and 150 Charles street a 15 story condominium on the west side of Manhattan. Joseph is extremely driven and highly knowledgeable in all aspects of high rise window wall, curtain wall, and facade systems. He can adapt to meet and comprehend all challenges that we are faced with in our ever changing complex industry. Josephs leadership and management skills are what sets him apart when it comes time to hit deadlines on projects and coordinate logistics with ownership. Joseph together with our engineering and management team plans to keep Facade Solutions at the forefront of the facade industry.
