Bryan Lynskey – Vice President Business Development, CFO
Bryan has over twenty five (25) years of experience in the finance industry – mainly in the foreign exchange industry.
Firms he has worked for are HSBC, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, Bank of America and Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Bryan advised clients on trading strategies, investments which best fit their needs, and proactively managed risk in every business, product and service transaction. The clients he worked with in his roles at these organizations included Hedge funds, U.S. Corporate clients and U.S. Real Money accounts.
Currently his role is focused on developing strategies to build the business. Meet with owner/ developers, owners representatives, construction managers and subcontractors to plan and develop current and future projects. Onsite daily and weekly meetings with project managers, foremen and labor force to determine best means and methods. Work alongside office manager to ensure proper scheduling of workforce as well as proper submittal of all requisitions and purchase orders.
Anthony Armao- Executive Vice President Construction
Anthony Armao has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry in a variety of business sectors, including, Commercial, Retail, Residential, Educational, Transportation, and Healthcare.
Companies Anthony has worked for include AVO Construction, The Rinaldi Group, Pinnacle Commercial Development, Leviathan Construction, HRH Construction, Paragon Construction, the National Environment Safety Company, HESCO/UNESCO Environmental Corp., and Sweet Construction. He has demonstrated managerial skills on a variety of projects from management of the design process, through completion of construction, interacting with the design team, clients, and construction trades. Anthony has been responsible for the management of the field staff and trade contractors from pre-construction through completion of all finish trades and project close out. As a Construction Manager, he has been responsible for the administration and construction oversight for many projects. Anthony has been directly involved in most projects during the bidding stages and followed each trade to award. Anthony’s input during the contract negotiations prior to the start of construction is essential to the administration of the project as well as the interaction with the subcontractors. Anthony is able to manage project evaluation, such as costs and scheduling, as well as the progression of the project to completion.
Anthony excels in the conceptual development of projects, as well as the oversight of their organization, scheduling, and sub sequential implementation. He has been involved in many contract negotiations and drafting of GMP’s.
Gregory Graziano – Chief Growth Officer, Vice President of Construction
Greg has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. After owning his own company, Contract Management and General Construction Services, Greg has worked for Hampton Glass & Mirror, Champion Metal and Glass and Lakota Construction.
Greg has a proven track record of managing projects. He has a plethora of knowledge of codes and standards, coordinating the collection of submittals and incorporating information into close out documents, consulting with engineers, surveyors and workers, and understanding of market trends. Greg is a confident and hard-working, professional with excellent organizational, communication, and follow through skills to encourage repeat and referral business. Not only that, but he has an exceptional ability to manage workflow to achieve deadlines.
